This is the architecture design for a 5000 sqrmt. land area with a built-up of a 1800 sqrmt. mixed use development that caters to a variety of needs in one central location project, that contains a modern gas station, Adjacent to it, is a state-of-the-art car service workshop, offering comprehensive maintenance and repair services and a selection of restaurants that cater to diverse tastes, from quick bites at the drive-thru fast food outlets to sit-down meals at casual and fine dining establishments.
