Construction Supervision

From the bidding, SHNAG Architects offer on-site construction team, either partially during certain phases or fully, all through highly qualified resident engineers. Scope of work includes but not limited to; site supervision, coordination with other trades, revision of the Shop Drawings, material submittals, quantity surveillance, RFI’s & Invoices submitted by contractors, and issuance of periodic PPR’s (Project Progress Report).

Architecture Design

Through updated lists of high-end suppliers, SHNAG Architects offer a unique Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment’s, i.e. FF&E service, that is not only trendy, chic and up to date, but also within the clients’ estimated budget.

3D Visualization

Either for Engineering or Marketing Purposes, we provide 3D modelling and rendering (Exterior & Interior) as a separate service for your project.
